At Apt Forever, we are committed to delivering high-quality handmade products. We want you to be completely satisfied, but please note that returns are only accepted under specific circumstances. Please review the details of our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Jewelry and products must be free from scratches or damage.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom/personalized items and handmade products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Manufacturing Defects
Handmade Variations: Since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and texture may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects.
Defect Eligibility: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken parts, structural issues), contact us within 24 hours.
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a description.
- If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll offer a replacement only, including return shipping costs.
3. Return Process
- Requesting a Return: Email us at Support@aptforever.com with the subject “Return/Exchange - Order #[Your Order Number]” and include clear photos of the defect.
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, we’ll guide you through the return process. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping Returns: Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of items. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Allow an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing Support@aptforever.com.
- After Processing: Orders cannot be cancelled after processing or shipment. You may return the item following the return policy if it has a manufacturing defect.
7. Non-Acceptance of Returns in Certain Cases
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions
- Change of Mind: No returns for personal preference or change of mind. Please confirm your choice before ordering.
- Used or Opened Items: Returns are not accepted for opened or used items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Natural Variations: Handmade products may show slight variations from images, such as color or design, which are not defects but add uniqueness to each product.
